Holly MacCue is a Career Success Coach, Leadership Trainer and Marketing Strategist who passionately helps women all over the world to find the clarity and confidence to ‘re-write the rules’ for their career success and achieve more balance, fulfilment and happiness in their work. Using powerful techniques, she supports her clients to unlock their most courageous selves to create a career of their design, whether this is launching their dream business, or making the corporate world work for them.
Originally from the UK, Holly has lived and worked in England, France, Spain and Switzerland before choosing Sydney, Australia as her home in 2013. With a background in brand strategy working for leading multi-national organisations on multi-million dollar portfolios, she understands and values the power of a positive mindset as the enabler to long term success without stress or burnout. 
This personal experience has led to a long term interest in the impact that our ‘Inner Winner’ and our ‘Inner Critic’ can have on every aspect of our career performance, as well as our overall quality and enjoyment in all areas of our lives. Holly leverages the power of the subconscious mind in her coaching programs to help others understand, develop and implement their ‘Inner Winner’ strategies so that they can design a life and career that lights them up.  She is particularly passionate about sharing the message that you don’t need to quit your job or overhaul every aspect of your life in order to achieve this.
Holly is also Founder of a successful training business ‘Future Focus Training and Development’ through which she delivers personal leadership programs that equip emerging talent across educational and corporate organisations.  She has coached clients from all industries and backgrounds, including entrepreneurs, accountants, engineers, lawyers, teachers, and even nuclear scientists, supporting them to influence with impact and achieve their full potential. 
Holly is a strong advocate of personal development and has studied with the industry’s top thought-leaders for the past decade, including facilitating alongside John Grinder, the co-creator of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and former teacher of Tony Robbins.  A qualified Personal Performance coach, she attained her Diploma with Distinction from the world’s largest coaching organization, The Coaching Academy UK. Accredited in DISC profiling, Workplace Motivators and Emotional Intelligence, Holly incorporates these multi-science tools into her training and coaching programs with powerful results.
