Resilience through Gratitude

For our first session of 2020, we are excited to welcome back Dominic Siow, Co-founder and Principal Consultant at EQ Strategist to present Resilience through Gratitude.

Disruption, change and setbacks can create undue levels of stress in our lives today, which left unchecked, can have far reaching negative consequences on our physical, mental and emotional well-being and productivity. This talk will offer you insights into practical tools and rituals you can use to feel empowered, inspired, even fulfilled through how you respond to the events that occur in your life.

Dominic is a coach, author and trainer on workplace culture, leadership, collaboration and resilience. In 2006, he and his wife, Sue founded EQ Strategist, a consultancy with a mission to help create workplaces that inspire people to find and realise their highest potential every day.

Since then, they and their team have helped facilitate profound change at more than 135 public and private sector organisations across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Prior to his present vocation, Dominic had a previous career in I.T. where he held senior operations roles at IBM Australia and grapevine Technologies. He is the author of the book “What’s GREAT About this? How to be Resilient and Thrive through Disruption and Change”.
